NewHOSTEL ALLOTMENT (Main Campus).
Entry 2023 Students who have taken admission in undergraduate program in main campus and have completed the hostel form and submitted it to the Senior Warden office. The allotment list of Boys students has been displayed.
A camp will be organized on 2nd and 3rd September 2023 at the entry point of the University from 9 am to 9 pm. Apart from informing about the allotment of girls, all the incoming students will be provided facilities regarding the hostel allotment.

All students enrolled in the main campus (both male and female) and KSK Campus (female only), who are not residents of Lahore, are hereby instructed to submit their applications and dues in the office of the Senior Warden. If you have already submitted the dues, kindly disregard this message.

[email protected]. We will cancel your registration and you will have to re-enter your preferences using the new token of either Rs. 250/- or Rs. 500/- depending on whether you want to add programs from one more group or two more groups.

At UET, passing criterion in non-PEC accredited programs (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Architecture, City and Regional Planning, Product Industrial Design and Technology) has been waived off.

At UET, appearing in ECAT is not required for Energy Systems and Management, Business Administration, Business and Information Technology, Food Science & Technology,
Environmental Science, Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics.
NewHOSTEL ALLOTMENT (Main Campus).
All those students (boys and girls) who have submitted the hostel application forms in the Senior Warden's office, have been allocated their hostel. They can come to the University from 9 am to 9 pm on Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th December 2022 for shifting. Hostel staff will be present on the spot.

All candidates are advised to strictly follow the schedule mentioned on the ADMIT CARD. The candidates have to report to the respective center 30 minutes prior to the test. A candidate not following the schedule shall not be entertained.

If there is a power outage or if the computer of the candidate breaks down then the time counter will stop and will restart once the power has been restored or the candidate has been shifted to another machine.
Local applicants who are appearing in the Intermediate examination being conducted by FBISE and have
a clash between their practical exam and the Entrance Test need to email their exam date sheet and admit card to

ECAT is mandatory for admission in all public-sector engineering institutions of the Punjab
Applicants who are overseas and whose High School exams are scheduled in July 2022 should register for the Entrance Test (ECAT 2022) before the deadline, i.e., June 30, 2022. The exam of these students will be taken at a later date, which in shaa ALLAH will be announced, on the admission portal, on Monday, September 05, 2022. These students can sit in the exam if the exit date on their passport is after July 18, 2022.
Applicants who were overseas and whose High School exams were scheduled in July 2022
The exam of these applicants will take place on November 12, at 10:00 am in new Auditorium Complex, UET Lahore. These applicants can sit in the exam if the exit date on their passport is after July 18, 2022.
For newly admitted students (Session 2021)
By logging on to UET’s admission portal, on Friday, November 19, 2021, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, you will have the option to change your programs, campuses and categories. Depending on the availability of seats in the pool and based on your aggregate, you will be able select only two preferences. In case you are placed in one of your two choices it will be binding on you to report to your new department on Monday, November 22, 2021 otherwise your admission will be canceled. In case your request is not acceded to you will retain your seat offered to you in the fourth merit list.
For UET applicants who have not secured or have not been offered admission so far
By logging on to UET’s admission portal, on Monday, November 22, 2021, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, you will have the option to choose new programs, campuses and categories. Depending on the availability of seats and your aggregate you will be able to select new preferences. In shaa Allah, on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, by 11:00 am results of this exercise will be announced on the admission portal. To secure admission, the selected candidates will have to deposit their documents and dues by 4:00 pm, Thursday, November 25, 2021.
The tests for Hafiz-e-Quran and Sports are scheduled for October 27 and 28, respectively.
Due to delay in declaration of result by the Punjab boards of intermediate and secondary education the deadline for submission of application has been extended. Kindly note that the admission process is ongoing and the new "closing date" will be announced after the declaration of the intermediate result.
Notice for A-level students:
Those students who are registered for A-level examinations scheduled in October-November can apply for admission in relevant, based on the applicant’s A-level subjects, undergraduate programs at UET. Applicant’s merit will be based on his O-level equivalent score, from IBCC, and his marks in Entrance Test 2021. This admission will be provisional and will be confirmed once the result of A-level examinations are declared in February 2022.
Undergraduate Entry Test 2021 for Overseas Candidates,
who could not travel to Pakistan due to Covid restrictions,
will Insha ALLAH be held on Tuesday October 12, 2021 at 1 pm in Auditorium Complex, UET Lahore
- Matriculation or equivalent certificate
- Intermediate or equivalent certificate
- 16 years education degree and transcript/ Detailed Marks Sheet
- Copy of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)/ PCATP registration card, if required.
- CNIC
- Domicile
- No Objection Certificate from employer, if employed
- No Objection Certificate from Registrar, if employed by UETLahore.
Undergraduate Entry Test 2021
Overseas Candidates who will not be able to travel to Pakistan during the Entry Test 2021
due to travel restrictions are required to follow the following procedure:
1. Send scanned copy(ies) of documentary evidence (IQAMA and Passport) for your claim that you are legally residing overseas and that you will not be able to visit Pakistan during Entry Test 2021 dates at
